We collect: account information (name, email, mobile number) provided during registration; usage data (tasks performed, prompts used, feature access); payment information processed via Razorpay (we do not store card details); communications you send us via email or chat.
We use your information to: provide and improve our services; process payments and send invoices; send service updates and platform notifications (if opted in); respond to support queries; comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

Your data is stored on servers located in India (AWS Mumbai region and Supabase Mumbai). We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 3 years for legal compliance. Job/task data is retained for 12 months.
We use: Supabase (database); AWS S3 (file storage); Razorpay (payments); Anthropic Claude API (AI processing). Each has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
