By accessing and using PromptAxis ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
PromptAxis is an AI task orchestration platform that helps users identify appropriate AI tools, access curated prompts, and complete multi-step workflows. The Platform provides access to information about third-party AI tools but does not operate those tools itself.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; share your account with others; upload content that violates third-party rights; use the platform to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed via Razorpay and are subject to their terms. We provide GST-compliant invoices for all Indian users. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase upon request to billing@promptaxis.com.
PromptAxis provides AI-assisted productivity tools. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before use. The Platform does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
PromptAxis's liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
